I write about real-life solutions for real-life messes. I’m a GenXer with 25+ years of industrial process improvement using 5S, Kaizen and Lean processes. I want to bring these concepts home with a little bit of snark.

I’ve worked for large corporations, family owned companies and start-ups. Every one of them had their own little messes or even my largest challenge – 13 warehouses of decades worth of hidden clutter.
